By accessing or using Maniraya, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Maniraya is currently in its Beta phase, and the service is provided "as is."

Maniraya utilizes advanced AI models to generate audio. You agree NOT to use our service to generate:

• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment.
• Deepfakes or voice clones of real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Material that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Illegal or highly explicit content.

We reserve the right to instantly terminate accounts found violating these rules.

You retain full ownership of the text scripts you input into Maniraya. By using the platform, you grant us a temporary license to process this text through our AI partners (such as Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating your requested audio. You own the rights to the final audio output generated by your prompts.

As a Beta product, Maniraya may experience downtime, rate limits, or data loss. Maniraya and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of Maniraya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
